1. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser and reads back on later requests. Browser storage (“local storage”) is similar but stays on your device and is not sent with every request. Both let a site remember things between page loads, such as that you are signed in or which settings you chose.

2. What this site uses

Everything in the table is strictly necessary for the feature it belongs to, which is why the notice you see on your first visit asks you to acknowledge it rather than offering options: there is nothing optional to switch off.

3. Third parties

Our hosting and error-monitoring providers do not set cookies on this site. When an administrator connects a Google Calendar, the sign-in happens on Google’s own pages, which are governed by Google’s cookie and privacy policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Because the cookies above are essential, blocking them will prevent you from signing in to the staff platform; the public site and the booking form will continue to work.

5. Changes

If we add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page, change the notice to ask for your consent first, and revise the date at the top.
