Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, the appointment booking service, and the staff platform. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

1. What the site provides

The public site presents professional information and lets visitors request an appointment. The staff platform is a private, invitation-only system used by the coordination office team to manage tasks, appointments, documents, communications and finance records. Different parts of these terms apply depending on which you use.

2. Appointment bookings

  • A booking submitted through the site is a request. It is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message; until then the time is not reserved.
  • Provide accurate contact details. We use them to confirm, reschedule or cancel, and we cannot be responsible for a missed appointment if the details were wrong.
  • We may decline, reschedule or cancel an appointment at our discretion, and will tell you as soon as practicable.
  • If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule using the details in your confirmation, with as much notice as you can.
  • Bookings are for professional meetings. Do not use the form to send unsolicited commercial offers or unrelated messages.

3. Staff platform accounts

  • Accounts are created by invitation or subject to administrator approval. We may refuse or revoke an account at any time.
  • You must give accurate information when registering and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your password private, enable two-factor authentication when asked to, and tell an administrator immediately if you suspect misuse.
  • Your access is limited to the role you are given. Do not attempt to reach records or functions outside it.
  • Information on the platform belongs to the coordination office and is confidential. Use it only for office purposes and do not copy it outside the platform except where your role requires.
  • Auditor accounts are granted for a defined engagement and are limited to the audit area.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data, or probe or test the site’s security without written permission;
  • upload malicious code, or content that is defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated scraping, flooding or overloading it;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship to the coordination office.

5. Content and intellectual property

The design, text and images on the public site are ours or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent, other than for personal, non-commercial viewing. Content that staff create on the platform in the course of their work belongs to the coordination office. You retain rights in anything you submit that is your own, and you grant us the licence needed to store and process it for the purposes of the service.

6. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) for hosting, email, messaging, calendar integration, AI assistance and error monitoring. Where you connect a third-party account, such as Google Calendar, your use of that account is also subject to that provider’s terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and may change these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is”. Information on the public site is general and is not professional, financial or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the site.
